Creator Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Entry instructions and prize information form part
of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions. 2. The promotion is open to Australian residents who have a
valid email address, other than employees and their immediate families of the
Promoter. 3. Entries must be submitted via email to
competitions@wealthcreator.com.au or via the online form found at
wealthcreator.com.au. 4. Entries will not be considered valid unless it contains
the ANSWER to the competition question (found on page 90 of Wealth Creator
Issue 46 – May/June 2010) and the FULL NAME, POSTAL ADDRESS and CONTACT
TELEPHONE NUMBER of the entrant. 5. Entries to the competition will be accepted between 1 May
2010 and 30 June 2010 Australian EST. 6. The judging of the competition will be held on July 2 at
10am at the offices of Wealth Creator Publishing Pty Ltd. 222 Kings Way, South
Melbourne, 3205. 7. The winner of the competition will receive accommodation,
food and beverages for two people for two nights at the Universal Peace Retreat
and Spa. 8. This prize is not transferable. 9. Persons entering the competition must meet the
eligibility requirements of Wealth Creator as stipulated herein. 10. The promoter is Wealth Creator Publishing PTY LTD. ABN
26 140 795 777. 11. The winner will be notified by email, letter and
telephone immediately following the draw. 12. a) If the original winner is from Victoria, New
South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Northern Territory,
Tasmania, or South Australia and is unable to be contacted within 3
months then the prize will be re-judged from the remaining entries. This
re-judgement will be held on October 4, 2010 at 10am at the offices of Wealth
Creator Publishing Pty Ltd. 222 Kings Way, South Melbourne, 3205. b) If the original winner is from Western Australia and
is unable to be contacted within 12 months then the prize will be
re-judged from the remaining entries. This re-judgement will be held on July 2,
2011 at 10am at the offices of Wealth Creator Publishing Pty Ltd. 222 Kings
Way, South Melbourne, 3205. 13. The winner is responsible for their own travel to and
from any events to collect their prize. The winner is responsible for their own
travel to and from any accommodation provided as part of the prize. 14. The results of the competition will be published on
www.wealthcreator.com.au on July 5 2010 by 5pm. 15. The results will be published in Issue 48 of Wealth
Creator.
